I love this music, but personally have a hard time with evangelical Christianity's obsession with the blood-stained death of Jesus Christ, and all the "benefits of His passion".  What kind of blood-thirsty god sets up this kind of scenario, and then takes pleasure in the murder of his child, and is appeased by it.  Ugh.  Anyway, it's pretty music, and the text isn't that bloody ... but still, the church already has enough bad theology put over on people through the use of good music.
